If the dealer ends up with the same amount as you, the game will end in a tie, which is also known as a push, and when this happens you will simply receive your stake back. There are certain in-play options such as being able to ‘hit’ (take another card) or stand (stay with the current hand) and once you have finished making your choice it will be the dealers turn.
The dealer usually has to draw to all 16s and stand on all 17s and when you win (without a natural blackjack), you will receive double your stake whereas blackjack generally pays 3:2.
